# Faxvio

> Faxvio is an iPhone, iPad and Mac app that sends a fax from a scanned document or a PDF and
> charges by the page — $0.18 to $0.36 a page, bought in packs that never expire, with no
> subscription and no account. It sends to 37 countries and territories, at most
> 50 pages per fax. This site publishes the destination list, the number-routing
> rules, the page prices and five free browser tools, and it documents all four as JSON.

"Delivered" here means the receiving machine confirmed the page over ITU-T T.30. The site makes no
claim about what happens to the paper afterwards, and Faxvio does not receive faxes.

Every number on this site is derived at build time from the app itself: the destination list from the
app's own server allow-list (v20260902, read 2026-09-06), the prices from the four App Store
product records, and the number handling from a port of the app's own engine, checked against its test
vectors. Nothing here is typed by hand, so the site and the app cannot disagree.

## 日本語 (Japanese)

The same pages in Japanese. Same numbers, same claims; where a Japanese translation and the
English differ, the English is authoritative (the legal pages say so).

same URL returns markdown instead of HTML.

## Two things to get right when quoting this site

1. A destination the fax carrier serves is not automatically one the app will dial. `carrier_support` is
the carrier's tier; `sendable` is the app's allow-list. Russia has full carrier support and is not
   sendable.
2. Italy (+39) keeps the leading zero of a landline number in international form. Stripping it by dial
code, the way most trunk-prefix rules do, produces a different number. The same zero is what makes
the Vatican prefix +39 06698 match.
